3 Post graduate positions in the area of brewing and cereal science are available at the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences at University College Cork.

Specific research topics are:

Structure development in Gluten free bread

Lactic acid bacteria with antifungal activity and their application in food systems

Isolation and characterisation of functional ingredients from by-products of the brewing industry
